Ever wondered how your utilities work behind the scenes? The Paris BPU Customer Academy is your chance to find out! This free, interactive program offers Paris BPU customers an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the electric, water, and wastewater systems that power our community.
Over the course of 6 weeks, participants will meet BPU leadership and staff, tour facilities, see live demonstrations, and learn how Paris BPU plans for the future. From restoring power during storms to maintaining safe drinking water, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the people and processes that keep your utilities running.
Whether you’re curious about infrastructure or just want to be a more informed customer, the Customer Academy is for you!
