Sign up for Paperless Billing to help protect the environment and make your life a little easier. 

Paris BPU bills more than 21,000 customers each month – or over 250,000 bills a year. That’s a lot of paper for the bills, the mailing envelopes, and the return envelopes! Each customer who goes paperless helps reduce paper use.

Going paperless is good for the environment, and it’s also easy and hassle-free for you. Why?

  • Online payments are safe and secure.
  • Past 18 months of bills are available to view/print on the Web.
  • Monthly E-mail Alerts from Paris BPU to let you know your bill is ready to view/pay online.
  • Convenient payment options allow you to set up bank draft, pay online or over the phone, anytime, from anywhere.

To register for your online account and set up paperless billing using the MyBPU App from your smartphone or tablet:

  1. Download the MyBPU App from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Open the App
  3. Tap “New User” in the top right-hand corner of your screen
  4. You will need to enter the following information
    • Account Number
    • Last Name or Business Name
    • Email Address
    • Last 4 of the account holders SSN
    • Zip Code
  5. Once you have entered this information you will be sent an email with a temporary password. 
  6. Login to the App using your temporary password and change your password to the password of your choice. 

To register for your online account and set up paperless billing from this website:

  1. Click the following link (Paperless Billing)
  2. You will need to enter the following information
    • Account Number
    • Last Name or Business Name
    • Email Address
    • Last 4 of the account holders SSN
    • Zip Code
  3. Once you have entered this information you will be sent an email with a temporary password. 
  4. Login to the site using your temporary password and change your password to the password of your choice.
