The Paris Board of Public Utilities is committed to providing our customers with a variety of payment options to meet the needs of every lifestyle.
MyBPU is Paris BPU’s online bill payment system that also allows you to monitor your utility use history. MyBPU is accessible on your desktop, laptop, and on both mobile app versions (iOS and Android). MyBPU provides customers secure access to their utility accounts whether at home, at work, or on the go.

Bank Draft
Have your monthly Paris BPU payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the working day before your due date. This is a free service. To apply you will need a blank, voided check from your active checking account and your signature on the draft authorization form at Paris BPU. With Bank Draft, you never need to worry about your payment arriving late.
Pay By Phone
Pay with your credit or debit card using Paris BPU’s pay-by-phone option that allows you to pay your Paris BPU utility bill 24/7. Simply call 877-779-8016 and have your Paris BPU account number available. Follow the recorded prompts by entering the numbers as instructed, and then select your payment method. Paris BPU’s pay-by-phone system accepts most major credit and debit cards.

By Mail
You always have the option of mailing your utility payment to Paris BPU. With each billing statement we provide a return envelope. Simply apply postage and mail. Be sure to allow ample time for your payment to arrive to avoid any late fees that apply after your due date.
Drop Box
Paris BPU accepts payments via our drop boxes located in convenient locations around Paris and Henry County. For payments to be considered paid by the due date, payments must be left in the drop box on or before your due date. If you receive a payment reminder by mail after payment by drop box, please call our office to ensure payment was received and posted to your account. If you have questions about using our drop box, please call 731-642-1322.

Commercial Bank customers can pay their Paris BPU bill using NetTeller, Commercial Bank’s online bill pay platform. To sign up for NetTeller, call (731) 642-3341 or visit their website https://cbtcnet.com/personal-banking/account-access/netteller/ for additional information.
Payment Kiosk
Paris BPU also accepts payments via our payment kiosk. There is one located inside the Paris BPU main lobby for those wishing to pay with debit or credit card along with one located outside the Paris BPU Main office for cash or card payments needing to be made after hours.
